Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Retention Policy

Any information given to Another Level Tutors, either verbally or in writing, regarding your child or family, will be treated as .

Another Level Tutors are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)  and is compliant with duties set out under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Act, 2018

Any information relating to your child is stored digitally and is password protected 

Only information/data that is relevant to your child's tuition will be stored.  This may include details about yourself and your child including:

- Your name and your child's name

- Your contact details (Names, address, home phone number, mobile number, work number, email address). We will never ask for/store personal phone numbers or email addresses of students

- Your child's date of birth

- Your child's school / year group
