How information about you and your family will be kept confidential
Any information provided to Another Level Tutors, either verbally or in writing, regarding your child or family, will be treated with strict tuition confidentiality. Another Level Tutors is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and ensures GDPR compliance, adhering to the duties set out under the General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act, 2018. All information related to your child is stored digitally and is protected by password security, ensuring robust data protection.
Information that may be stored
Only information and data that is relevant to your child's tuition will be stored, ensuring both tuition confidentiality and data protection. This may include details about yourself and your child, such as:
- Your name and your child's name
- Your contact details (Names, address, home phone number, mobile number, work number, email address). We will never ask for or store personal phone numbers or email addresses of students, in line with GDPR compliance.
- Your child's date of birth
- Your child's school/year group
