Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Retention Policy
How information about you and your family will be kept confidential
Any information provided to Another Level Tutors, whether verbally or in writing, regarding your child or family will be treated in accordance with our Confidentiality Policy. Another Level Tutors is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and is fully compliant with the Data Protection obligations set out under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR Compliance) and the Data Protection Act of 2018. Furthermore, all information relating to your child is stored digitally and is secured with password protection.
Information that may be stored
Only information and data that is relevant to your child's tuition will be stored in compliance with our Confidentiality Policy and Data Protection regulations. This may include details about yourself and your child, such as:
- Your name and your child's name
- Your contact details (Names, address, home phone number, mobile number, work number, email address). We will never ask for or store personal phone numbers or email addresses of students to ensure GDPR Compliance.
- Your child's date of birth
- Your child's school and year group
